True fasting is a work of the Holy Spirit to bring one into sync with God. The Lord demonstrated a 40 day fast. He returned strong and full of power.
During this moon cycle Muslims observe the Ramadan fast. According to Operation Mobilization about 37% of non-believers fall into the category of Muslim. Only about 10% of foreign Christian Missionaries work among Muslims.
Pray for Muslims to meet the real Comforter this Ramadan - the Holy Spirit. He reveals the reality of Jesus to them and convicts them of their need for righteousness through Jesus Christ. Break their veils and set them free.
Pray the Lord of the harvest to inject more missionaries in Muslim communities to demonstrate the reality of Jesus Christ in the power and manifestation of the Spirit. Muslim children will fall in love with Jesus through the Holy Spirit.
The whole world and every soul belongs to Jesus Christ. He rightfully purchased it with His precious blood. We cannot allow satan to ruin the lives of young men in futile Jihad wars based on deceptive ideology. There is but a small open window… we have to pray.
Thank the Lord for the many born Muslim, who have come to faith in Christ. They are now born of God. May their voices be amplified, especially in Iran, Saudi-Arabia, Egypt, Indonesia, North Africa and the Sahel.
